Are the Mbombos hospitalised or just swagga?

Big Brother Mzansi ex housemate Blue mbombo and her twin sister Brown mbombo were pictured having drips (intravenous fluids or IV )  on them. I was a bit scared before I read the caption of the picture, thinking that our gorgeous twins and Royal queens were nursing some infection.
